Something New is a curated online platform offering wedding-related goods supplied by third-party vendors under a consignment model. All products remain the property of their respective suppliers until sold.

While we work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate listings, we are not liable for any supplier-side misrepresentation. Product information, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). Full payment is required at checkout.

4. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are packed and shipped by Something New from our central warehouse. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on location and carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day returns for change of mind or faulty products unless otherwise specified on the product page (e.g., earrings, underwear).

To lodge a return or refund request, please read our full Returns Policy and follow the process outlined.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items are received and approved.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions and discount codes are subject to change and may apply only to selected items or timeframes. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases.
